Dear Ms. Gomez,

This is to informed your good office that last April 4, 2010 we and are clients MS. MARY JANE NATABIO and three balikbayans were embarrassed because CRISTIA LIN had banned us for site tripping and selling CENTRELLA . Due to that incident we had lost four (4) sales. Same thing happened last April 9, 2010 we are banned for site tripping and selling Centrella for unknown and unjustifiable reasons. We all deserve to be treated equally and justly since we spent our own resources in promoting your project in local, international market and to our fellow REAL ESTATE LICESNED BROKERS nationwide.

This refers to the unethical false accusation of CRISTIA LIN against me that I had presented different project during her orientation are only character assassination and full of insecurities. The veracity of the story happened was CRISTIA LIN had already ended her presentation, then we took our snacks, as we are waiting for the vehicle for almost two (2) hours late for site visit I utilized my precious time, we are sitting in one corner with my four (4) sales agents waiting for the late vehicle’s arrival, I reviewed my analysis research on highly profitable income projects which can be part of the newly enacted law ( Real Estate Investment Trust) for stock market which CRISTIA LIN don’t understand because she is not a PRC - Licesned Broker and she is not aware of that law.

Second unethical exaggerating false accusation of CRISTIA LIN are unacceptable, detrimental, unprofessional and hersay only. Last March 24, 2010 was the NCR-Pareb MULTIPLE LISTING SHARING held at Max Restaurant Tomas Morato. The meaning of MULTIPLE LISTING SHARING are the sharing of property listings anywhere in the Philippines by Real Estate Licensed brokers only. The topics of our Multiple Listing Sharing presented by our presenters are Green Engineering, Internet Selling and How to become successfull in selling real estate then the main event are the sharing of property listings by licensed brokers where we share and promoted CENTRELLA PROJECT as our listing. The committee and organizer of the Multiple listing sharing had invited sponsors namely, PNB acquired asset division, Dr. Gaw group, St. Francis and etc., I was amazed of CRISTIA LIN insecurities of accusing us talking about selling TAGAYTAY project in our own event which is UNTRUE and I opposed because no TAGAYTAY project was discussed or mentioned. Therefore CRISTIA LIN don’t fully understand what event she’s attending and talking about and she was never been invited by our organizer and committee to be part of that event, she went with us to used our event as her venue for brokers recruitment and we help her in recruiting brokers because we believe that she is in good faith but we are disappointed of her insecurities.

I strongly request an urgent due process investigation to clean up our name and board the soonest possible time for the unethical manufactured false accusation of CRISTIA LIN against us.
